The Lindsay Thurber Raiders Athletics Program provides opportunities for student-athletes to compete in a wide range of sports competitions around Alberta. This includes Golf, Cross Country, Volleyball, Basketball, Curling, Handball, Badminton, Track & Field, Soccer, Cheer, Rugby, and Tennis. Every year our program provides equipment, transportation, and hosts events for student-athletes in grades 9 through 12 at Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School.
We rely on fundraising and community support to provide our athletes with the best possible experience regardless of their experience level, ability, or socioeconomic status. Funds raised will go towards maintaining equipment, facility upgrades, replacing uniforms, and rising travel costs. In addition, raffle fundraising will also help supplement extra costs associated with teams qualifying for provincial championships in their respective sports.
Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta address.
